HIGH HOLIDAY RESERVATION FORM

This year reservations are paramount. Due to Covid-19 restrictions and social distancing, it is extremely important to register to allow us to accommodate all attendees with the proper distancing. (If you didn't reserve we will still do our best to accommodate!)

We will be following all PA & CDC mandated Covid-19 regulations. Services will be held in a huge 4800SF open tent installed on the parking lot. With our expanded space we can now accommodate people even more safely.
